Caroline has over 20 years commercial experience. Before coaching, she qualified as an accountant in a 'Big 4' firm and gained a breadth of experience in global Plcs, on strategic projects and in finance roles before transitioning to a career in HR. In HR, she coached individuals at all levels, across geographies and disciplines. Further, she has volunteered as a crisis counsellor, mentored young people, and has recently started an MPhil/PhD research degree investigating leadership and autism.

Caroline works with senior leaders and teams, in the UK and internationally. She encourages them to slow down, look deeply at themselves, their purpose and their systems, before moving with energy to action. These reflective pauses are welcomed by leaders sometimes stuck in unhelpful and unwanted patterns. Caroline brings a non-judgemental compassionate stance to coaching; she is well-informed, thoughtful, analytical, sometimes challenging but always supportive. She has a strong interest in inclusion and wellbeing, both of which are central to her work.
