Catherine has spent most of her career in the technology sector working through a range of roles from project manager, advisor to management consultant. She successfully established a European consulting team for a niche American firm, focusing on socialising big ideas around innovation and technology in the insurance industry. In this capacity, Catherine led team growth, sales, partnership development and the development of the brand. Her diverse career also includes serving as interim Chief People Officer at a tech start up in London.
