Charlotte began her career in the 1990s, specializing in organizational change management related to bilingualism in Wales. In 2000, she trained as a counsellor and led a clinical service for two decades. In 2016, while successfully leading a London University counselling service, Charlotte pursued her passion and retrained as an organizational consultant and coach. Since then, she has offered coaching and consultancy to diverse teams and individuals across various sectors, leveraging her expertise in organizational dynamics.
