Charly is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a systems coach. Prior to coaching, Charly built a creative agency in West Africa, working with clients on four continents. Charly is Executive Director of the Climate Change Coaches, a discipline she pioneered in the coaching industry, and about which she wrote the first book, published by Open University Press. Charly is an ambitious leader in her own right. She regularly delivers keynote speeches and spoke at the COP27 climate conference in Egypt.

Charly works with CEOs, founders and senior leaders, and their teams. She helps leaders to believe in their ability to affect greater organisational change. She also helps leaders to expand their own ability to coach their teams to take more ownership. Charly has an indomitable belief in the possibility of change. Clients value Charly's skill in finding fresh ways of seeing intractable problems, and that she ‘sits alongside’ them until they identify a solution.
