Jon began his career as an assessment & development specialist for an executive search firm and a high-street retailer before transitioning into consultancy. Working as a business psychology consultant, Jon has designed and delivered numerous leadership development and coaching programmes across various sectors including Retail, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Law, Oil & Gas and Central Government. As a Psychologist and leadership development specialist, Jon draws from a deep well of psychological knowledge to support and drive the development of people.
