Joy began her career at Anglo-American as an Organisational Development and Human Resources Development Specialist. Gaining exposure to training and development in all mining divisions and large-scale culture transformation, she transitioned to management consulting and continued to collaborate with Anglo American. Joy was an external leadership facilitator and coach for McKinsey & Co and Connemara Consulting where she worked with diverse clients across Africa. Through her consulting work, across various industries Joy has continued her mission to support leaders in building high-performance teams and cultures.
