Kabelo’s career began as a business analyst at Sasol, gaining experience in IT strategy, IT governance, and programme management. He later moved to management consulting where he developed a deep fascination about human behaviour. Kabelo trained as a coach to compliment and support his business experience as he took up senior roles where he was responsible for building effective teams, integrating business functions, and facilitating people change processes.

Kabelo’s work focuses on bringing awareness to individuals about the power of collective genius and honoring individual strengths to enhance overall performance and growth.
