Coaching Areas of Expertise
Lori’s approach is based on neuroscience and systems thinking. Key factors include increasing positivity, reducing common emotional states that generate dysfunction in teams and learning to optimally use the brain to create, relate and have healthy debate. Clients appreciate Lori's pragmatic approach, where personal development is accessible, practical, and highly useful. Her down to earth nature makes it easy for clients to be honest with her and with oneself, which is the only starting place if one wants to change and develop.

“Through Lori’s coaching I’ve learned to move from a macho, aggressive leadership style to being more grounded and calmer. Instead of flying off the handle, I now approach challenges and people with more reason. This has increased the psychological safety of my team, drastically improved many relationships and made us more successful as a team.”
