Mish was a successful IT entrepreneur in the 1990s, co-founding and becoming first CEO of an innovative mid-sized software company that still thrives today after he relinquished his CEO role in 2007 to become a coach. Throughout its lifetime, the company has successfully embraced extraordinary diversity of all sorts. In 2012 he founded another startup to bring systemic team coach training to Africa, which he sold to a pan-African team in 2020.

Coaching enterprising leaders and teams has been Mish’s primary focus since 2007. Having been in senior leadership himself he is good at matching top leaders in pace, depth and breadth of vision and scope. Mish has a passion for aligning business practice with the core values of its practitioners. He particularly loves to coach agents of change whose vision for profitable business success includes empowering people and making a broad social and economic impact.
