Having worked and lived internationally in Ireland, UK and Dubai for Schlumberger in a variety of HR management roles for 15 years, Olivier understands the complexity, disruption and fast paced environments organisations face. He is well travelled and has interacted with international teams in the most diverse places such as Angola, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Colombia, Malaysia and Romania. Olivier now partners with companies and leaders who recognise what we call the “soft stuff” (culture, trust, relations, empathy) is essential to navigating uncertainty.
