“Simon possesses incredible insight, and I liken his attentiveness and laser focused questions to the precision of a neurosurgeon. With every conversation, I walk away with fresh thinking, sharpened and energized by our dialogue. I have experienced a profound shift in my leadership posture, which has translated into immediate and measurable results.”
