Steve enjoyed a 21-year career in consulting, firstly as a Partner with Accenture then Capco where his focus was helping clients like Barclays, UBS, HSBC and Morgan Stanley achieve meaningful change. Most recently he was the CEO for Capco in the UK and SA, a company that grew at 25% CAGR between 2010 and 2016 and consistently featured in the Sunday Times Top 100 “Best Companies to Work For”.

Steve understands the expectations of the modern business environment: the isolation of leadership, the dynamics of competition and performance as well as the personal pressures and compromises these can present. Steve is passionate about helping his clients understand their landscapes and navigate them successfully. Steve has rich experience of creating and leading high performing teams and understands the importance that values, shared purpose, behaviours and relationship have to play alongside the more traditional processes and structures.
