Jodine Williams is Leaderbeing’s Finance Manager, ensuring the organisation’s financial health and operational efficiency. With extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, she oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations—providing the insight and structure that allow Leaderbeing to grow sustainably.

An ACCA-qualified accountant, Jodine works closely with the leadership team to ensure financial resilience and smooth day-to-day operations. She combines a keen analytical mind with a collaborative approach, making sure that every aspect of Leaderbeing’s financial strategy supports our mission to develop outstanding leaders.

Jodine lives in Cambridgeshire with her Beagle, Millie. When she’s not got her head in a spreadsheet, she enjoys running, gym workouts, and spending time outdoors with Millie.
