As Leaderbeing’s Account Manager, Kathryn plays a key role in finance, contracting, and client liaison, ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and the organisations we work with. With a background in marketing, project administration, and budget management, she brings an exceptional ability to keep processes running smoothly while maintaining strong client relationships.

Kathryn is the first point of contact for contracting, invoicing, and financial administration, ensuring everything is in place so our leadership programmes run effortlessly. She works closely with both clients and the internal team, aligning our financial and operational processes with Leaderbeing’s high standards of excellence.

Based in Hertfordshire, Kathryn lives with her husband, son, and cat, and has an impressive CD collection—a lifelong music lover who believes the right soundtrack makes everything better.
