Our programmes are both innovative and pioneering, blending face-to-face facilitation, one-to-one coaching, group coaching with self-paced online-learning for a comprehensive and immersive development experience.

Rigorous methodology

We favour flexible, autonomy-supportive coaching over chalk-and-talk “this is how it’s done” methods, empowering each person to use the learning experience to address their specific needs and objectives.

Relevant and applicable

We carefully design the content ensuring it is both relevant and practically applicable. By aligning it to participants’ real-world experiences we ensure it is immediately relatable to the situations leaders typically face in their day-to-day roles.

One-to-one support

Each participant can be further assisted with 1:1 coaching during and after our programmes. This creates an even more bespoke development experience and supports continuous growth for each learner.

Flexibility of delivery

Our programmes are highly adaptable, with core modules and optional electives for cohorts of up to 16 leaders at any level. The programme can be run intensively or be spread more flexibly across longer periods.

We don’t hide the fact that our programmes can be challenging; the work is serious and the insights can be profound. But it can be and should be fun too: we believe that laughter and enjoyment fuel creativity, build camaraderie and enhance understanding.
